I know there are some lawyers out there who read this. Poor old Downunderpants has had to remove his blog because of some nasty underwear store threatening legal action. Do they have the right?
That's all. Just wondering.

Of course, this is not legal advice, but I imagine the claim would be alleging passing-off, or trademark infringement (or most likely both). There may be defenses, but like everything in law, the answer is invariably: "It depends." followed by the question: "How much time and money do you have to waste?"
Intellectual property aint my bag, however, if he is arrested for sticking his hand down someone's pants...
I have tried to stick my had down someone's pants but they woke up before I had the chance so it never happened!

It is a shame about the meet up. Have an extra drink for me. There will be other times I'm sure.
