Having saved Trafalgar Square from being lost forever under a permanent layer of pigeon dirt, the clean freaks of London have turned their attention to chewing gum.

I honestly think they should export this to Australia. The whole Victorian secret ballot thing is so 19th Century. Who wouldn't want to grind chewing gum into this?
