Surprise!

Not that I want to be (fairly) labelled as some kind of tuna-fetish freak but I wanted to allay your fears that if you came to visit us over here that you would not be served any of my many wonderful dishes that have been christened Tuna Surprise.

I am excited to announce that Tuna Surprise is alive and well and being served at Berrymead Gardens thanks, in no small part, to Morrisons Yellowfin Tuna Fillets in Olive Oil.



Now, I am not saying this is SIrena Italian Style Tuna In Oil, but at least it is a start. It is also a start to my new and brilliant career in food photography.
